The Fort Wayne Spacemen Premier go on their first road trip of the young season, and come up with a huge 6-2 victory over the Metro Jets! 

Tucker Tone gets the scoring underway with his second goal of the season, coming 9:37 into the game (unassisted). 

The Spacemen offense caught fire in the 2nd period, Broderik Burge scored his second goal of the season, making it 2-0. Jackson Cothron comes up with the next goal and then Jakl Backstrom and Bogdan Vysotsky score goals all in the 2nd, giving the Spacemen a 5-0 lead into the 2nd intermission. 

The Metro Jets tried to muster a comeback, scoring two goals early in the final period (Hopersberger and Consolo). However, Spacemen forward Jackson Cothron scores his 2nd goal of the game, which denied the Metro Jets hope for a comeback. 

The Fort Wayne Spacemen Premier kick off a six game homestand Saturday October 5th, against the Columbus Mavericks. Tip off is at 7:30 PM EST!
